                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF THE
                   CONTRACT FOR RENOVATION TO THE RIVERVIEW
                   PARK RESTROOM BUILDING TO C & S CONSTRUCTION
                   CO. FOR THEIR LOW BID IN THE AMOUNT OF
                   TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
                   SEVENTY-TWO AND 64/100 DOLLARS ($24,772.64).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of the contract for renovation to the Riverview Park
       Restroom Building to C & S Construction Co. for their low bid in
       the amount of $24,772.64.
